Lotus Bakeries Machine Operator – Packing Line (Night Shift)

As soon as our biscuits come out of the oven, they need to be packed perfectly. That’s where you come in.

Your role:

• You’ll operate our state-of-the-art packaging machines. You’ll start up the machines, provide packaging materials, perform product changes, and shut down the machines when needed.
• You’ll work closely with your colleagues and support each other to get the job done.
• You’ll monitor product quality and take action immediately when you notice something’s not right.
• You’ll follow our strict hygiene and safety rules. These are key to our production process.

Your profile:

• You’re available to work a fixed night shift from 21:00 to 05:00.
• You can work independently and organize your tasks efficiently.
• You’re a problem-solver and respect schedules and agreements.
• You’re proactive, positive, and take initiative.
• Cleanliness, order, and safety are important to you.
• You enjoy being active at work and performing manual tasks.
• You’re a real team player.
• You can travel independently to our site in Lembeke.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
