Master planner

As master planner, you will oversee end-to-end planning across the manufacturing network, ensuring effective collaboration between all sites from demand forecasting to production completion. You will play a key role in optimizing product flow, enhancing cross-site value streams, and delivering operational excellence in line with the Group's strategic KPIs.

Your responsibilities as a master planner:

• Collaborating with supply chain on the follow-up of stock fill requirements and demand trends throughout the region
• Leading the improvement of the planning dpts by establishing a structured and documented planning cycle
• Maintaining and documenting related planning & procurement policies and processes
• Following up and reporting the production bottlenecks throughout the region to facilitate the recovery of stockouts
• Controlling and monitoring the follow up of suppliers within and outside of the LD platform
• Monitoring & reporting production planning performance i.e. on time delivery reliability, customer lead time, supplier delivery reliability, inventory turns, department cost, etc
• Ensuring the level of competence of the planning organization through appropriate training and qualification
• Coaching and evaluating individual employee performance
• Contributing/leading supply flow between production sites and DCs transformation projects within the region

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a multistep manufacturing environment
• University degree with specialization in Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering
• A very good knowledge of English and preferably knowlegde of Italian and Dutch
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain and production planning
• A good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• S&OP process knowledge
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering objectives
• Proven people coaching and team development skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to travel within Europe
