Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching and guiding colleagues on the work floor.
• Coordinating daily tasks and ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Monitoring quality, safety and efficiency throughout operations.
• Supporting the onboarding of new employees and helping them settle in.
• Contributing ideas for improvements and practical solutions.
• Stepping in operationally when needed and staying visibly present on the floor.
• Tracking team progress and performance to ensure objectives are achieved.
