As an On-Site Service Engineer, you provide mobile technical support to clients across the Benelux region. Acting as the primary point of contact for multiple product lines within our portfolio, you support a diverse range of customers with their technical needs. Your responsibilities include system integration, maintenance, mechanical installations, software support, and assisting clients with initial setup and user training to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
This is a mobile role: you will be based in our office in Mechelen, with frequent travel to clients (up to 4 days per week, according to request).
