• You coach and guide colleagues on the work floor.
• You coordinate daily tasks and ensure everyone clearly understands their responsibilities.
• You closely monitor quality, safety, and efficiency.
• You support and guide the onboarding of new employees.
• You actively contribute ideas for improvements and practical solutions.
• You step in operationally when needed and remain visibly present on the floor.
• You track team progress and performance to ensure objectives are met.
