Logistics assistant

As a Back-up Team Leader, you are the right hand of the team leader. You take over responsibilities during their absence and assist in managing a warehouse team on a daily basis. Together, you ensure smooth operations, high quality, and a positive working atmosphere.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and replace the team leader in daily operations
• Coordinate and motivate team members on the shop floor
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
• Report progress and issues to management
• Contribute ideas for process improvements
