International Operations Specialist

As an International Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across international markets. You will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating cross-border activities, and liaising with various teams to streamline processes. Your ability to solve problems, adapt to changing circumstances, and ensure timely execution will be critical in driving success for the company’s international operations.

As an International Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Full ownership and oversight of international shipments from A to Z
• Accurate handling and validation of operational data within internal systems
• Mastery of both export and import procedures across diverse markets
• Close collaboration with internal teams, partners and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Acting as the key link between office operations and warehouse activities

• Confident communication skills in English
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work
