Product information specialist

• Adding nutritional, allergen and declaration details for raw materials to specification databases.
• Creating Griffith format specifications using several software systems.
• Completing detailed customer specification templates using several software systems.
• Completion of specifications on customers specification web portal systems.
• Adding raw materials and formulae to the Griffith Foods ERP system.
• start from early June for a period of about 6 months (until December 2024)

Griffith Foods is looking for an enthusiastic Product Information specialist (start from early June for a period of about 6 months until December 2024) that will contribute to provide our customers with detailed, transparant product specifications for out growing innovative product portfolio.

She/he is a passionate to know all the labelling details for food ingredients and is eager to create ingredient declarations, allergen information, nutritional information for our finished products, based on the data for our raw materials and conforming relevant legislation.

She/he is a team player who has an eye for detail, likes working accurately, in a structured way conform to guidelindes, using several software systems.

• Bachelor Food Technology, Dietician or equivalent by proven experience
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus
• Computer skills: MS Office
• Strong team player AND able to work accurately and independently on product specifications.
• Passion for success with strong focus on getting things done well.
• Well-organized, like working in a structural efficient way.
• You have an eye for detail.
