As a production worker...

• You stack components in the right order together with fellow operators so they can be assembled properly.
• You assemble the right pieces to create the right features and dimensions.
• You strive to pre-set production goals.
• Ensure a clean and orderly work environment, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks and performs scheduled care and maintenance tasks.
• Work with co-workers, professionals and support staff to maintain equipment and determine what needs to be repaired. In this way, you will ensure the quality of our products.

Our production worker will be mainly concerned with Safety, Health and Environment (HSE). Thus, he/she will have to keep an eye on and report important hazards on injuries. Also if there are work related injuries, illness, incidents or hazards it is a duty of the production worker to report them. So everyone who works there takes care of themselves and their colleagues to work as safely as possible. You help guard quality and follow all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures.

The company you will be joining is a world leader active in the development, construction and installation of hydrogen systems. They offer solutions for hydrogen applications such as generators, refueling stations and fuel cells. It has been producing electrolysis systems for leading customers around the world for several decades and continues to pioneer 2000 hydrogen installations worldwide.

In production, it is important to be able to function well in a team and communicate in an efficient manner. This also with all support teams. Flexibility is a requirement for this job. You will be engaged for various tasks. You are accurate, take safety very seriously and you are willing to follow training and learn when necessary. Finally, you actively participate in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow and employee development. The position is currently still in day shift but will eventually transition to a 2-shift system.
