As a part of the technical support team, your responsibilities include providing technical assistance to customers. Moreover, the Technical Support team acts as the first point of contact for general inquiries about the products. Sharing best practices with customers to optimize product usage is a key aspect of the role, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.

As a technical support engineer, you will be involved in supporting both internal and external projects. This entails:

• Taking on accountability for technical challenges and projects.
• Providing support, guidance, and expertise across hardware and software domains.
• Assisting with complex implementations.
• Performing site visits to installations throughout the entire EMEA region for issue investigation and resolution.
• Handling and troubleshooting both internal and external issues.
• Developing solutions for complex challenges.
• Identifying, defining, and resolving problems.
• Improving and addressing system and network issues at a technical level.
