Your role involves conducting telephone interviews in Czech to meet business plan commitments and growth objectives, breathing life into the brand. This entails reaching out to both existing and prospective customers and ensuring the successful completion of the following tasks:

• You collect information from new and existing customers on brand image strategy for our different product lines.
• Identifying new prospects through market research 
• Analyzing the current activities of the customer.
• You verify if the contact person would like to arrange a meeting with one of our sales engineers.
• Tracking records of calls and information that can help facilitate the sales process

The Market researcher that we are looking for, has the following qualities:

• A first working experience in commercial telephone/marketing environment is requested (also open to fresh graduates).
• You are fluent in Czech (native level) and English, any other language is highly appreciated.
• You are PC literate (Excel, Internet...).
• Available for a period of minimum 12 months.
• You have a proven ability to gather information via different channels per telephone.
• B2B knowledge or affinity with proactive client phone contact.
• You are open to learn new things.

You will receive:
