For an international company located in Mechelen, we are looking for a HR Administrator. Within this function, you will join a dynamic and international HR team and you will get an overview of the HR process and take care of the following topics:
- Preparing HR documents such as employment certificates, contracts of employment, promotion/salary letters, ... .
- Coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
- Owner of templates and flows.
- POC for social legal questions.
- Project handling and implementation of improvements that support the growth of the company.
Wat zoeken we?
- Min. 1 year of experience in an HR position is required
- You are fluent in Dutch (native level) and English, any other language is highly appreciated
- Working with Microsoft Office applications is one of your talents
- Ability to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Understanding of the importance of neutrality and rules within this position
- Analytical mindset and a high level of ownership
