Wat zal je job inhouden?
As Operational Support you act as key support ensuring quality standards are achieved within the teams. In your position you will:
- Act as 1st line escalation with the teams securing maximum uptime & customer satisfaction.
- Pro-actively secure that 2nd line escalation support is executed wherever necessary
- Ensure that training is carried out in accordance with the defined process & coordinator performance feedback is delivered in a consistent high standard
- Secure all queries and potential complaints are handled in a customer minded and timely manner
- Secure that any process changes are delivered across the teams in a timely manner and support the team(s) in meeting the quality standards as defined
- Support the team with your awareness of other functions to include Warranty, Service Contracts, Service Market Support & Technical
- Act as back up VAS Coordinator within the team(s) where necessary, and carry out administrative tasks when required
