Packer food company

As a packer at BNFW, you play an essential role in the process of preparing our products for shipment.
You will work according to BNFW's quality standards to ensure that only the best products leave the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Carefully and efficiently packing fruit products according to guidelines.
• Checking the quality of the fruit and separating products that do not meet the standards.
• Ensuring the correct labeling and packaging of the products.
• Complying with hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Contributing to a clean and organized work environment.

Belgian New Fruit Wharf is a company specializing in the import and distribution of fruit, including kiwis. They have a location in the port of Zeebrugge, Belgium, where they receive, store, and distribute fruit to various destinations.

BNFW plays an important role in the international fruit trade, as the port of Zeebrugge is a major hub for the import and export of fresh produce, including kiwis. The company handles the reception of fruit shipments, the processing and sorting of the products, and subsequent distribution to various markets in Belgium and Europe.

What do we ask of you?

• An eye for detail and accuracy when performing tasks
• Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks and working in a standing position
• Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of English

You are available to work in at least two of the following shifts:

• From 6u to 13u45
• From 8u to 15u45
• From 14u to 21u45
• From 22u to 05u45 (only from July to September)

• Salary: € 15.83/hour
