The operator will ask you the following information:

  • Details of your company
    • name of your company
    • phone number
    • company number / NSSO number
  • If you do not have this information at hand, you may exceptionally substitute:
    • address of the head office
    • Legal form ( nv, bvba, sole proprietorship, ... )
  • Data of the temporary worker
    • surname, first name and first letter of the second name
    • national registry number
    • status
  • You must also provide the following information
    • period of employment
    • start date and time
    • end date and time
    • new assignment, cancellation or change of assignment
    • student?
    • Opportunity worker?
