Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, rolls, and confectionery products in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Prepare, process, and handle dough using proper baking techniques and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain product quality through regular inspections  to quality standards.
•  Work effectively with colleagues in a small, collaborative team environment to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are looking for a motivated baker with a passion for the craft for an artisanal bakery in the Ghent region.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest in the baking profession or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Willingness and flexibility to work early morning and night shifts.
• A precise and responsible approach to work, with strong attention to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Good command of Dutch or English, enabling effective communication in the workplace.
