Job description?

We are looking for experienced B1 and B2 engineers to maintain B737-400 and B737-800 aircraft in both line and heavy maintenance operations. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and on-time performance of the fleet, requiring hands-on expertise and quick decision-making in a highly regulated environment.

 Main Responsibilities

  • Perform line and base maintenance on B737 Classic and NG aircraft.
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and reliability standards.
  • Communicate live aircraft status to the team and platform to support on-time operations.
  • Work in compliance with strict regulatory and company procedures.
  • Handle maintenance tasks during night shifts and specific operational waves.

What are we looking for?

  • EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 license with B737 Classic or NG type rating.
  • Experience in line/base maintenance on these aircraft types; knowledge of AMOS is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle physical and mental stress.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Fluent in English; EU work authorization required.
  • Awareness of corporate culture and sensitivity.
  • Can-do attitude and proactive approach.

Note: Candidates with FAA or other licenses and experience on B737 Classic/NG are encouraged to apply for non-licensed engineer positions.
