We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who shares a passion for customer satisfaction and solutions. You will participate in the international emergency service that is available 24/7 for breakdowns and follow ups. A creative and proactive approach is a must to provide excellent customer support.

Your language skills are a must within this function to solve international breakdowns. You do this together in a team where 21 different languages are used.


What are we looking for?

  • Being customer oriented and a confident communicator
  • Flexible to work in a shift system
  • Being able to work in a team
  • Be able to communicate both orally and in writing in English and two of the following languages:
    Polisch, German, Lithuanian, Czech
