Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products. As an administrator you bring administrative support to the Buyers in the frame of commercial relationships between Toyota and the suppliers located all over Europe.
Responsibilities:
• You are working in the purchasing division, where you will mainly give support to the management and to the buyers with all administrative related activities.
• You provide administrative support to the buyers, to the management and provide information to suppliers.
• You follow up practical implementation of purchasing decisions through timely and accurate handling of the purchasing procedures and computer systems.
• You create databases and follow-up pricing (Excel)
• You organise and follow-up the travel arrangements
• You organise meetings, support logistic arrangements of the team
• You support on ad-hoc basis projects within the division
