NOC ANALYST

We are seeking a talented and bilingual NOC Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. As a NOC Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will speak both English and Spanish and possess strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

The role involves;

• Network Monitoring:
• Incident Response:.
• Bilingual Support:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations and procedures.
• Escalate issues to senior team members or other departments when necessary.
• Provide technical support on a range of network hardware, predominantly Cisco.
• Working with network team for troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
• Provide remote support to Field Engineers working on faults.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a NOC Analyst or in a similar network support role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Understanding of fibre and copper cabling, constraints, technologies, grades, distances, applications.
• Troubleshooting WAN connection types including xDSL, FTTC, FTTP, and Ethernet.
• Troubleshooting Wireless WAN connection types including Cellular, Wi-Max, Satellite.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in both languages.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Equivalent demonstrable experience and working towards certifications acceptable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
