  • We are currently looking for a maternity replacement ideally for 1 year where as a Marketing Reporting Administrator you will play a crucial role in the marketing team by supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will support the marketing team by ensuring accurate data reporting and providing actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

    As a Marketing Reporting Administrator you will join a dynamic and international Marketing team of the HQ in Mechelen. You will get an overview of the entire Marketing process and receive the chance to expand your skills by learning more about our international processes.

    Your tasks and responsibilities include:

    • Creating, maintaining and updating detailed reports regarding marketing activities.
    • Generating insights from data analysis to support strategic decision making.
    • Analysing marketing data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement.
    • Providing administrative support where needed.
  • This company is a multinational Japanese company specialized in high technology products such as sensors, microscopes, laser markers and vision measurement systems.

  • The ideal Marketing Reporting Administrator:

    • Experience with data analytics and reporting.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel.
    • Any exposure to reporting tools like Power Bi are an asset.
    • Communication and organization skills.
    • Passion for working with numbers and interest in economy and market analysis.
    • Very good level of English (Business Proficiency).
