We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join the team of our client. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with service providers, brokers, forwarders, and carriers to monitor their performance, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to the overall success of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data in the tracking system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and collaborate with suppliers to enhance Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs).
  • Address discrepancies between service provider data and the tracking system to improve ASN accuracy.
  • Generate reports, analyze data using Excel and potentially Power BI, and ensure documentation completeness.
  • Collaborate with partners to handle invoicing data, track service performance, and ensure labeling compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, explore compliance best practices, and assist with IDP system setup.
  • Train and improve the IDP system's efficiency, and perform additional duties as assigned.
