Your mission

  • The organisation and follow-up of the installation and commissioning with technical support
  • The training of the nursing team, ergo, physiotherapist; training for the quality manager
  • The follow-up of the use of the solution with teams and management
  • The integration of the solution with existing IT systems
  • The Presentation and training on the new features
  • The collection of feedback and requests to feed the development of the roadmap

Wat zoeken we?

  • You are fluent in French or Dutch or German AND English
  • You have experience in a similar function (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager)
  • You have proven sales skills & methodologies
  • You have advanced knowledge in IoT technologies  (IP network, cloud, sensors) and MS office 
  • You’re a team player
  • You are open minded, creative and solution oriented
  • You love being on the field with customers
  • You’re passionate about new technologies and improving care quality
