Wat zal je job inhouden?

The HR administrator is supporting the Senior HR Business Partner VTC (TDS, VAS, Sales management teams). This is a temporary assignment for minimum 6 months.
The position is based in Ghent, Belgium.

  • You will support in administrative follow-up & preparation, supporting in general administrative duties, ensuring accurate personnel administration (reporting, mail form process, joiners, leavers)
  • Support the Senior HR Business partner in various people processes
  • You will work in close cooperation with the Senior HR Business partner and with different HR support teams (R&S, HRSC and HR Support)
  • Provide active support in specific projects
  • You connect well with the people in the business and are very service oriented

Wat zoeken we?

  • Bachelor’s degree in personnel work (personeelswerk) or equivalent through first work experience

  • Knowledge of English and Dutch both written and spoken
