For a company located in Mechelen we are looking for an Customer and Sales support (Czech). You will join their dynamic and international Customer- and Sales Support team.You will have direct contacts with various Europeans clients via email and telephone and you will help them with logistic arrangements.

  • Facilitating the order process and making sure that all requests are handled efficiently
  • Supporting directly our industrial clients and sales teams across 10 different countries in Europe
  • Following up the delivery process with our external logistic partner
  • Providing constant support by phone and email
  • Reporting any urgent incidents or problems when needed

Wat zoeken we?

  • Educational background or a first working experience in customer service
  • Fluent level of Czech and English (Business Proficiency)
  • Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
  • Good organization skills and knowledge in MS Office
  • Open to work for a temporary period (3 months or more)
