As Customer & Sales Support you will join our dynamic and international team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium) and will support our Sales colleagues helping them to maximize their sales activity while improving customers' satisfaction. You will have direct contacts with various Europeans clients via email and telephone and you will help them with logistic arrangements.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Facilitating the order process and making sure that all requests are handled efficiently
  • Supporting directly our industrial clients and sales teams across 10 different countries in Europe
  • Following up the delivery process with our external logistic partner
  • Providing constant support by phone and email
  • Reporting any urgent incidents or problems when needed

  • Educational background or a first working experience in customer service
  • Fluent level of Dutch and English (Business Proficiency)
  • Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
  • Good organization skills and knowledge in MS Office
