For our customers Toyota we are looking for:

HR process Manager

We are implementing a new solution to support Pan-European HR management processes. The scope of the project includes all the Toyota European affiliates. The team includes members from our Information Systems Division and the HR business division.

Wat zoeken we?

  • Support IS and HR projects activities, acting as a Project management officer (PMO)
  • Take lead for small to medium size projects / activities, identifying the required tasks and deliverables and their owners and making sure they are completed on time with the right level of quality
  • Coordinate the participation of the different IS areas (applications, system engineering) and various stakeholders (business, suppliers, consultants etc.)
  • Develop necessary documentation of IS and functional processes
  • Prepare status reports to present to Management

  • You are fluent in English (TME business language)
  • You have IT Project Manager experience for Applications
  • You have basic knowledge/experience of HR processes
