As part of the Business Planning and Systems team, you provide the administrative support working closely with th buyers, engineers in TME Purchasing and our suppliers.
Your responsiblities are:
- construct surveys with our suppliers, collect data & visualize the status/results
- coordinate trainings in Purchasing by collecting needs, organizing te sessions, tracking /visualizing the status
- prepare periodic reports by extracting data from systems and summarizing it in a certain structure
- process system data input/maintenance requests and visualize the status
- communicate with the responsible members to escalate/remind pending actions
- support ad-hoc basis projects within the division
- Bachelor degree
- A first experience in administration and management support
- Fluent in Englisch (TME business language)
