As part of the Business Planning and Systems team, you provide the administrative support working closely with th buyers, engineers in TME Purchasing and our suppliers.

Your responsiblities are:

  • construct surveys with our suppliers, collect data & visualize the status/results
  • coordinate trainings in Purchasing by collecting needs, organizing te sessions, tracking /visualizing the status
  • prepare periodic reports by extracting data from systems and summarizing it in a certain structure
  • process system data input/maintenance requests and visualize the status
  • communicate with the responsible members to escalate/remind pending actions
  • support ad-hoc basis projects within the division
Profiel: 
  • Bachelor degree
  • A first experience in administration and management support
  • Fluent in Englisch (TME business language)
