Do you like prospecting, going in search of new customer keep this customer portfolio in order to ensure good follow-up and especially the field of logistics interests you as well as working in a small friendly company?

The Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing the portfolio of & DPXS Benelux
  • Retaining and winning contracts
  • Identifying opportunities and anticipating changes in the account portfolio.
  • Management and contact with internal stakeholders of and for optimal process progress of (new) customers and partners within Ciblex Benelux and France
  • Support of sales targets for the Benelux region: through realization and growth of turnover in portfolios
  • Set up CRM system Ciblex - DPXS portfolio
  • Reporting the business opportunities & progress to management
  • Visits to existing customers, conducting account calls, MBR, QBR. The commercial negotiation of annual contracts, which will be supported by the Sales Manager.
  • Identifies customer wishes, translates wishes into products / services and issues quotations
  • Support of Sales team by drawing up quotations, administrative follow-up of RFQ / tender

Responsibilities and powers:

Works within company objectives.

  • Develop, implement, monitor and achieve set sales targets
  • Communication with the customer and prospects
  • Helping to solve customer issues
  • Participation in Sales Meetings
  • Direct involvement with all customers of our own and new commercial portfolio in Benelux region
  • Manage portfolio
  • Internal Sales - quotations & sales administration
  • Start up and follow the customer implementation process

  • Independent and flexibility
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Analytical and result-oriented
  • Familiar with administrative systems Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the industry and broad sales network in the logistics sector
  • Able to communicate well on multiple levels
  • Interested by the Logistics sector
