For one of our clients active in the sports equipment trade, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk.
Main Tasks :
- English-speaking Helpdesk Support by phone email and web portal (80% of your time)
- Software and Hardware Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
- Logging of the incidents
- Sharing knowledge with the rest of the team
- Network Monitoring, configuration and Troubleshooting
- Routers, Switches, Access Points, 3/4G
Que cherchons nous?
- Bachelor or Technician IT degree
- At least 2 years working in a similar position
- Excellent active English and French languages
- Knowledge of Dutch, Portugese or Spanish is an asset
- Great communication skills, polite and composed on the phone
- Flexible to travel to the UK and flexible regarding the working hours
- Organised with good time management skills
- Autonomous, pro-active, reliable and trust worthy
- Eager to learn and adaptive to change
- Not essential but beneficial : Driving License -B-
