Who are we looking for?
For a leading coffee roaster in Puurs, part of an international group, we are looking for a maintenance technician for a 2-shift system. This company, with around 160 colleagues, focuses on sustainable coffee production and is rapidly growing across Europe.

Your Role

  • Ensure production machines are always running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns.
  • If a problem takes longer to solve, you escalate it in a timely manner and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Work closely with fellow technicians and supervisors to discuss and implement solutions.
  • Participate in improvement projects (SGA’s) and optimize machine settings.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with new installations.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in electromechanics, preferably at a bachelor’s level.
  • Experience in an industrial environment (experience in the food industry is a plus).
  • Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and packaging machines.
  • You are solution-oriented and prioritize safety in all tasks.
