Kaaiteamleader (Frozen Environment)

As a Kaaiteamleader, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a team of up to 10 employees in a frozen environment. You will ensure smooth logistical operations at the dock, which includes assigning docks via Peripass for loading and unloading trucks, following up on shipments and contracts, and coordinating external loads. Additionally, you will manage returns and ensure the dock remains clean and safe.

Accurate planning is crucial: you will oversee slot management and ensure that receptions take place at the scheduled times. In case of temperature issues, you will be responsible for performing temperature checks to maintain the quality of the cargo.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a team leader, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work in shifts.
• Proficiency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.
