As a warehouse administrator you work according to general procedures and instructions and you execute transactions accurately and on time. You are responsible for executing department processes and for the safe use of equipment that assists you in completing your duties. In addition, you act as the right hand of the team leader for a number of administrative tasks.We are still looking for colleagues in the following shifts:<ul><li>Early-late</li><li>Night</li><li>Weekend bridging crew</li></ul>60% of the time you work operationally in the warehouse:<ul><li>You can be engaged for the following tasks: picking, packing, scanning, sealing, counting products,...</li><li>Working strictly on the basis of personal objectives/results and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.</li><li>Read and follow detailed and defined instructions.</li><li>Report simple, directly task-related issues.</li></ul>The other 40% you support the team leader on an administrative level:<ul><li>Follow-up of incoming and outgoing transports in the WMS system</li><li>Carrying out checks in the warehouse (what comes in, what is ready, what can go)</li></ul>
